In the view of Industry-Institute interaction and to provide company exposure to students ISTE Students’ Chapter,MMCOE organized FACEv3.0-Fast Assessment By Company Experts. It was a two day offline event which consisted of Aptitude and Psychometric tests, Group Discussion Rounds,Technical Evaluation and HR Interviews.We had an overwhelming response with 66 participants. The evaluation procedure was divided into four sections. On the first day of FACE v3.0 the participants underwent aptitude,psychometric tests out of which top 40 scorers secured their place in group discussions round.We had unwavering support from our faculty for conducting the group discussion rounds.On the second day, 30 participants were shortlisted for technical interviews which were evaluated based on their resume, communication and technical skills and the best 11 were selected for the final HR interview round conducted by corporate experts. The mentors had been a pillar of support in FACE v3.0. We were very grateful and we sincerely appreciate their efforts as the mentors had been instrumental in the success of this event.During this event we also had support from our Training and Placement Officials and coordinators. The students were provided with a cumulative result in the valedictory function which was conducted at the end of the day. Mr.Yash Chavan grabbed the 1st prize(Prize Money of Rs.3,000/-), Ms.Sayali Padamawar grabbed the 2nd prize(Prize Money of Rs.2,000/-) and Ms. Mrunal Avhad grabbed the 3rd prize(Prize Money of Rs.1,000/-).All the participants brought their A-game to the table and marked their victory through courage and determination.
